*Personalty: personal property, i.e., all property that is not realty. Property that is movable, not fixed to land. See chattel

Example: the following are personalty:
-appliances not permanently attached to real property
-cash and securities
-furniture and household items
-mobile homes not permanently affixed to a site
-vehicles
