At Equity Real Estate we know that real estate terms can sometimes be confusing. We are going to share with you some common real estate terms and their meanings to help give you a greater understanding when you are trying to buy or sell a home.
*Fiduciary- one who acts, in a financial role, in the best interests of others.
Example: -a broker is a fiduciary of the seller
-a banker is a fiduciary for the banks depositors
-an attorney may be a fiduciary for the client
-a trustee is a fiduciary for the beneficiaries
